Had a nice stay while passing through Vernon after a road trip back from Calgary for a car purchase. My wife and I enjoyed a comfortable night here before continuing our journey home. A convenient stop and exactly what we needed for the night!
We stumbled across this hotel by accident and ended up staying three nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. This facility was originally built as condos, so the rooms are huge and have full kitchens. There’s a nook by the door that’s ideal for ski gear. The back building was quiet. Nice pool and grill area. It’s a bit out of town and getting on the highway feels a bit dicey, but I’d be happy to stay here anytime.
We went for a quick getaway and found all the staff exceptional, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location can be a bit loud with highway noise. Very disappointed the hot tub was out of order. Overheard a guest mention it was last time they had stayed also.
The room is big! We love to use the kitchenette. The living room is nice and big- the tv is a little small for the room. The balcony overlooks the lake, but it is the highway. We loved our king bed with ample room on either side. The sheets and pillows were high quality. We parked right out front but if you’re on 2nd floor or upper building you can go to the overflow parking around back. We enjoyed the outdoor pool in summer. This time the hot tub was only warm at first but they fixed that as soon as we asked. It was clean and pool towels are in the room by the pool. Nice bathtub and great shower head. Very good value for the cost.
The room was spacious and had a kitchenette with a spacious living area. The balcony overlooked the lake, although my only complaint is the heavily travelled highway and train track between us and the lake. A king bed with good room on either side, this area could have used some heavy drapes to keep it dark. The sheets and pillows were higher quality and that makes a difference to us. Parking was right out front with overflow parking up and behind. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and the water in the pool was warm. This was a beautiful and private pool deck that we enjoyed thoroughly. A really nice stay and worth it for $150.
We had a great stay! The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, a lovely view, and a full kitchen that made it feel like home. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice and clean rooms! We booked a deluxe king suite, and it was incredibly spacious. The full kitchenette, separate dining area, and living space made it feel like a mini apartment. The bathroom was also large with modern amenities — overall a great stay!
I stumbled across this gem looking for a place to stay in or near Vernon. Amazingly nice, all rooms are full suites, and I even got a complimentary bottle of wine! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.
